I have started this blog to discuss all aspects of doing business on the web. Business Managers and owners are confronted with a decision on what tools would they use to effectively market their product, attract and maintain customers, effectively manage their relationships with suppliers so that their promise of Customer Service, Product Quality and Competitive Pricing, will meet the ever increasing expectations that the general consumer has come to expect. The most important decision is will the software grow and change with the corporation?
Nowadays with competitive business environment Customers have an increased expectation of any enterprise to provide a peak level of service at the most competitive of pricing levels. Customers no longer accept that certain services can only be provided by largest enterprises. The expectation is that all size businesses should be able to provide effective eBusiness solutions.
Traditionally this level of service expected by the Customer could only be delivered from Fortune 500 corporations, who held literally limitless budgets to supply the systems and infrastructure to manage all aspects of their business, so more of the enterprises resources could be concentrated on creating and maintaining relationships.
Management today must be able to rapidly react to trends in the market and the individual needs of their customers, supported by timely and accurate information, and therein lies the challenge. There are many best of breed of software applications that complete the individual management requirements of any eBusiness Enterprise. It would be fair to say that any business today regardless of size is an eBusiness of some sort. This however does not typically come with instant and up to date information. This has long been the promise of the Internet (instant access) to all information, is this a myth or finally a reality within the reach of all business.
I will endeavour to review products currently available, that best assist business to meet their Customers and Managements growing expectation.
